Create descriptions of KOS based on DCMI/NKOS-AP data model

Note: * = value is required | # = non-literal value | ## =either literal or non-literal value
Use double pipe line "||" for repeating values in the same field.

Step 1: Search to find if a Work has already been described [box: search by identifier or title]

Step 2: If the Work template is empty, start describing the work. Otherwise jump to Template 2.
